Rick took the time to walk us through the options that we wanted most in our new Lexus NX to help determine which model to select. He was patient, informative, helpful and made us feel comfortable and confident once we made our decision. He was never pushy and he provided good advice. We have had nothing but excellent experiences each time we have purchased through Lexus of London and we know we will go back year after year for our new vehicle purchases.
