Fantastic buying experience! Had the opportunity to deal with Alan over the weekend. Alan was extremely courteous and professional - I felt like a person instead of a sales target. Rating of last two visits. This is my 1st review as I was unable to transmit my previous attempt due to computer problems. I visited the dealership in early Dec for the 8K maintenance and dealt with Kerri. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The work was done as expected and on time. Excellent service Its our first time to buy a high end brand and was skeptical, but lexus edmonton made us feel at home. Andy Yan was our sales person, he customized a plan that was suitable to our needs and our budget. He was very patient with our questions and offerred the best rate to us. Amazing customer service sales team I was In the market for a new car , I was directed to Lexus of Edmonton from a family friend. After arranging a test drive and the amount of service and knowledgeable staff, I knew I was going to buy the car before even test driving it. The amount of service Ian and Sandy in pre owned and Robert in finance did was excellent, really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this dealership to any one. Very happy with my Lexus IS250.

Lexus ES350 Dropped in to take a fast look , We had no intention of buying until summer anyway , Salesman, Dave White, took the time to find out what exactly we were looking for in a car.
