Tire Trouble Hi showed up at my favorite Lexus dealership with my RX 350 on a flatbed tow truck. Had a nail in my side wall left rear tire and wouldn't hold air. Amy and the crew looked after the issue and I was outta there with a new tire in under an hour.
Simply amazing I will keep this fairly short. But this dealership is so different from any I have ever been to before it's simply amazing. I think you have to actually visit to understand it fully and appreciate the amazing customer service. No hidden fees, none of he usual games I have experienced when buying a car. Complete pleasure.
