I had a great experience from the moment I walked into this dealership. The staff were so helpful, caring and friendly and knowledgeable . I was very comfortable and felt that they were true to their word on every aspect of the sale. A special thank you to Ian Fernandez , Jennifer Andrew and Cory Duffield for making the whole process enjoyable and smooth. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to buy a Lexus. The customer service is beyond exceptional.

Lexus of Edmonton, Best buying experience in my life Lexus of Edmonton, Best buying experience in my life time. Ian Fernadez was great to work with getting us into luxurious Lexus. Very profesional welcoming team. Everytime we came in we where treated exceptionally well. Needles to say my wife will keep the service up to date with the Spa on location that she can book into when any service is required. Cant thank Ian and the Lexus of Edmonton team enough. This is our second vehicle from Lexus of Edmonton and our experience was just as amazing as our first visit from a year ago. For the first time ever, I feel like I've had a car buying experience where I didn't need to be wary of the salesman, finance manager or anyone else at the dealership. I went in with two vehicles in mind and was told that the first one, while repaired and good as new, had been in an accident that would show up on CarFax.
