Friendly, prompt and a pleasure to deal with From the beginning, was made to feel welcome. Although I was not looking to lease on the first visit, both Jun and Ron made every effort to help convince me that a Lexus IS was for me. A devout Audi enthusiast was convinced that the IS300 F2 was the car for me to lease. Definitely recommend anyone looking to buy/lease a new luxury brand to try Lexus, specifically Lexus Downtown.

It is a pleasure and a thrill driving this beast :) It took us less than half an hour to get all the paperwork and financing approved. Omar Azhar from their financial department was very helpful too.
