Unprofessional and Deceptive Salesperson. Just awful experience with a good brand, the sales person, Alicia left a bad taste in my mouth with unethical and deceptive sales tactics. Since then, I've signed a lease from another dealer.
Unethical practises Purchased used vehicle. While terms were “as is”.... interior of auto was not cleared of water bottles and trash from previous owner. Not even a minimum amount of courtesy. Soon after pick up of vehicle, observed steering was not functioning properly. Discovered one of the front tires almost flat and the valve cap missing. I will Never get a car from this dealer AGAIN!!! Recently, i leased new 2017 rx350 but i founded some issues on lease agreement. Please..check every single number on lease or purchasing agreement before you sign..please. . I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

even one star is being generous On thursday, i sent sales associate Nader an email regarding a 2013 hybrid 450h. With a prompt reply he told me to come on saturday. My dad and i both work on saturday so we both took days off and were at the dealership at 9am. Their staff meeting ended around 940am. For 40 minutes we were doing nothing. Buyer Beware!! My experience with this dealership has soured my opinion of Lexus, unfortunately. In short, all these guys care about is the sale and beyond that they'll do as little as possible for on-going client satisfaction. My purchase was marred with lies, deception and when confronted, absolutely nothing was done and the manager had the audacity to tell me that despite what I was told by my sales person, "I should have known" that this was not the truth. It took 5 days to get a return call back, actually an email I was interested in a vehicle on their website, contacted them on Thursday to set up an appointment for a test drive....after 4 attempts I finally got an email, 5 days later saying the vehicle was sold.....the same vehicle is still on the website for sale 5 days after I was told it was already sold. Every other dealer I contacted replied within the hour.
I will never buy a Lexus again It's all about the sale and not about customer service. I was very happy when Reza took me through the various options however when I received the car it had multiple issues.
