Down Lexus Review: Great Experience! Leased a new Lexus UX 250h. Great experience and enjoyed working with Saman. Went into the dealership in November to look around, nearly leased a car then, but decided to wait until the UX came in. Saman was diligent about letting me know when the deals were being offered and I'm now driving a UX 250 hybrid and this is one of the best car I've had.

Awesome customer service ! I just came back from Downtown Lexus after having my first 1800 km check up. From the time I walked into the dealership until the time I left, the staff was amazing. Recent car buy Shopped a lot of dealerships, but these guys are the best. I am a difficult person to deal with and I am sure Erfan and Vin will agree. They worked as a team to make the deal happen. Erfan was very patient and accommodated my late evening appointment, test drive. Fair and Very professional while negotiating the deal. Fantastic Experience 2017 RX 350 purchase This is by far the best dealership I've ever worked with.
