Great Service! Just bought a brand new RX350. The car salesman (Sert Chan) helped me pick up my new car as well trade in my previous Lexus within 3 days! Unreal efficiency by Sert and his team as they made sure to get me the best offer possible with complete transparency and comfort. All in all, Sert and the Lexus team went above and beyond my expectations which is most likely why their team continues to earn customers for life! Thanks again Sert!
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Lexus. This was by far one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had, especially considering this is supposed to be a premium brand. The Sales Manager, Yama, showed little to no interest in actually earning my business. One of the salespeople, Jason Zhang, is extremely mean and arrogant when I inquired about the prices. I understand Lexus is a hot sell at Ontario but doesn’t mean he get to use all those demeaning words to the potential customers. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
They roll out the red carpet for you when they need you to buy a car from them but after you are hooked, they treat you like garbage!
Contacted Arian Moshkelani about a used car listed online and again never heard back from anyone. If it isn’t simple there’s no effort. I received one email autogenerated and then silence.
The experienced I had on Monday with Lexus Downtown was horrible, I drove all the way from Kleinburg to have my vehicle service, the service manager turned me down because he said there was no room to accommodate my service, I even told him I could wait all day in the lobby to have it serviced especially with what the price of gas is saying now. Sales Consultant - Sean was great to deal with.However, Sales Consultant - Sean was great to deal with. However, one of the Used Car Managers was incredibly rude, disrespectful and insulting. To make matters worse, their service technician did not properly and safely complete service on the rear driver side brakes(did not insert caliper pin to wheel assembly). I bought my car at @lexusdowntown.to @lexuscanada last year 2019 when the first UX model came out. I’ve recommended this dealership to all my friends searching a new car, after a couple of months of driving and being impressed with their customer service. One of my best friends bought the exact same model, shortly after my recommendation. I bought in my car for their annual checkup and they charged me $350. None of the items listed was done. They charged me $80 for washer fluid, and yet my washer fluid was empty when returned. They had a complimentary handwash, which was not true, they sprayed my car with water and there were water residues on it. I don't even know if they actually did the things listed.
