My first Toyota and I have been surprised over and over again! The car is beyond excepcional in every sense, quality, safety, reliable, comfort, etc... the service throughout the 4 years lease was great! Always on time, never missed a thing, great customer service... They care. I found everybody is super helpful and customer oriented. I have to say, this review only applies to Langley Toyota, we tried other Toyota dealerships and didn't feel the same. Highly recommended.

I was in the prospect for the Rav 4 Prime and I was on the Toyota website. I chatted online with someone from the dealer who answered all of my questions. They also helped to connect me to the manager who I was able to set up a test drive with the next day. Needless to say, it ended with me coming home with a brand new Rav 4 Prime! It took a long time (but it was likely due to how extremely busy this dealership is), but it was efficiently done and taken care of. Thank you so much!
