I walked in. Mr. Cunningham greeted me promptly. He arranged for a test drive in a Prius Prime. I wanted a new Prime in the XSE not the SE. I bought the one I test drove. The options and colour were what I wanted. Arrangements were made to meet Andy the financial guy. He was awesome as well. He got me the rate I expected and the deal was done. Everyone was courteous and professional. All is good.
