My sales person Barb was amazing. However, they offered really low trade in. They weren’t negotiable. Then the sales person who wants you to purchase the extended warranty, rust package, interior package was so demanding. Wanted $9000 for this package. Insane. Was a long process that didn’t have to be. Was a negative aspect of purchasing a car.
