James and his manager stayed past closing to ensure we were happy customers. It’s a lot of money spend, making sure it’s the right vehicle for the next 10 years. We’ve left other dealerships before feeling glad we escaped a bad deal. We did not feel rushed to make a decision and left feeling very happy we purchased with Langley Toyota. When we picked up our vehicle, they gave us a gift basket celebrating our new purchase!
Car purchasing experience for me was always very very stressful and I didn’t want to go back to the dealerships I went to. However, Langley Toyota was very DIFFERENT. Every staff was nice and smiled all the time even though the dealership was packed with customers. I really appreciated that trying their best to work out the whole process. I definitely recommend this place and will revisit for our second car.

Well I planned to put 20000dollars down,so the salesperson texted me to bring bank draft for that.I made that draft and then he person from finance department said that oh the bank may not give you the loan because the amount to be borrowed is less,you better put 10000 down.I said I already made the draft.Then she was forcing me to borrow 15,000 dollars extra from the bank to get sort of extended guarantee.
