I recently bought a used 2018, RAV4 and my experience was very good from beginning to end. Alicia, salesperson, initiated phone contact by message but didn’t push me. I was looking for the 2023 Rav4 prime. I called over 10 dealerships trying to put a deposit on one and Kingston Toyota was the dealer who called me back after my initial call to them in January to offer me one.
Nice crew back in service the one fello back there robert who works the parts desk is always friendly and helpful and will actually be of help if i have any questions or concerns on maintance. I'm a customer who can be difficult if i feel I'm not treated with much concern and that's the complete opposite feeling i get from dealing with them at least that is at the parts desk.... I dealt with Jim Kelman for my first Toyota purchase. He was very knowledgeable, and super available for any question, no matter how small. Buying at this time of low inventories was stressful for sure, but I was glad to be dealing with Jim going through it.
Just picked up my new Rav from Jim Kelman today and what a fantastic experience, Jim Lisa and Melissa all did a great job. Once our choice was done, Juan Ramos came into play and again taking the time to provide us with good advise and option. Never we felt pushed to buy extra.
