Satisfying I dealt with Cam Hazell and he was excellent. Very helpful, polite, well informed and fun! He kept in touch through emails and phone and found the vehicle I was looking for when others did not. It was a pleasure dealing with a Salesman that wasn't high pressure as well. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Cam anytime.

Kudos Just bought a 2018 Nissan Leaf this morning from Cam Hazell at Kelowna NIssan and wish to express what an enjoyable experience the whole process was. Good Service Simple oil changes are getting ridiculously expensive. I discussed other options with the service centre employee who agreed the price is "sure getting up there"

Brilliant service I actually visited on this occasion as my battery died that morning. They were able to get me in that day to replace and, managed to fit in an oil change that was due. I'm always impressed with the service at this location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the work is done well and in a timely manner and they wash my car!

wonderful customer service My Nissan Xterra has been an excellent vehicle and for the most part trouble free. I was having a whine in my rear end and the service team in the service department were able to get it covered on my extended warranty which really helped me out. Thank you Harry and Jon.

Patience I needed extra time to decide on whether to proceed with the service dept.’s recommendations. I took a day to check out other options and was able to go right back with my vehicle for the service. I appreciated no “we told you so”.

Great Experience The building is absolutely beautiful and clean. My girlfriend and I walked in to get some information on a new vehicle for myself and we were met by Cam, the internet sales manager. He was incredible to deal with. Cam was funny and really light hearted, I intended to take a Qashqai for a short test drive because I had errands to run but Cam said to take the vehicle to run my errands, grab lunch and get a real feel for the vehicle (which I did!). Purchase a rogue Had a great car buying experience today at Kelowna Nissan! From the moment we arrived the management and the staff were so welcoming. My sales rep - Brent- was well educated in product knowledge as well as pleasant and accommodating I would definitely recommend this dealership!
