I had an issue with my Rogue that baffled me. Took it for servicing and James figured it out quickly and made the adjustment needed. Great, friendly service. This is the second time I have dealt with James and he is friendly and gets the job done. Thank you!

We were looking at the purchase of two new vehicles at other dealerships. Had an issue with my Nissan Kicks. Took it in and tech did a thorough check as to what caused the engine light to come on. All fixed and no charge. Thank you to Michael Zeisman explaining what happened. Greet people for the shuttle service as well. Thank you Leanna

I had a small issue with the purchase of my used vehicle. The GM Elias jumped in and quickly got everything resolved way beyond my expectations. I've bought a lot of new/used vehicles before and I have never seen customer support like this. I highly recommended this dealership.

I worked with Ryan @ Kelowna Nissan online to sell my Lexus. It seemed a bit fishy at first, like it was a scam but it was actually quite reassuring that the dealer payment clears before your vehicle is picked up. We were in the middle of moving to another province and this process alleviated a lot of the stress of staying in one province to sell it. I would consider doing it again, just for the convenience alone. Great job Kelowna Nissan.

Did a long distance deal with this dealership. They were professional, never pushed, and Mark Samson was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, and he made the process simple, even though we were over 12 hours away. A year later, and we are still really happy with our used 2015 Pathfinder. We will definitely go back when we are looking for our next vehicle. The price was also thousands cheaper than anywhere in Northern BC. Highly recommend.
