Extremely disappointed in Kelowna Nissan, it was my favourite dealership and I would never even thought about going elsewhere. I've purchased four new vehicles from this company and I intended to purchase another vehicle for my wife. The new general manager ( Elias Flores ) simply could have cared less that I was a returning customer. UNBELIEVABLE CRAPPY SERVICE got our 2011 Murano cheched for a coolant leak at 9:45 am...11 am phoned with estimate to fix...$500+ and be done by 4-4:30pm....said ok fix it....went there at 4:20...didn't get veh back till 5:30ish...paid bill went to lot to get veh and got in and inside just reeked of oil....black oily fingerprints all over the steering wheel , shifter , drivers door inside and out......wow... I came right unglued on the tec leaving the service area and the service managers......the two managers cleaned the oi... read more

Garbage experience Said to come in for an appointment at 10 am. Waiting 20 minutes untill they took my keys, then got a shuttle 8 blocks away. Came back for 11:30 when they said it will be done at 12 latest. And the vehicle wasnt even in the shop. It is now 12:50 and i am still waiting. Poor service. Why book an appointment?

Trade in and purchase of slightly used vehicle. Initially looked at a used Infiniti model, but the salesperson was condescending and insensitive to my health concerns. Then after a few months looked at a vehicle on the Nissan side of the dealership and was lucky enough to have a salesperson that listened to my needs, likes and requirements. Poor service department. We went with concerns about the rust on our 2016 Versa Note. We had a body man look at it and he said right away that it was rusting because the body wasn't aligned properly and debris from road had beat the paint off. He said they should cover it under warranty, so we went to dealer and right away we were told no they don't cover it. They didn't want to listen to us and just kept saying that. I now have a trust issue with the service dept. I took my 2016 Murano for its first oil change.At the same time I asked to have my tires rotated. When I got my bill I had been charged about $45 for the rotation. I subsequently proved to them that the rotation had not occurred. I knew this because the right side rear tire was never moved.
