Appointment for regular scheduled maintenance. Very accommodating to personal needs. Excellent customer service. Personnel took the time to explain what had been done and why, Car was washed and vaccumed. What a pleasure!

Above average service! I own a Mazda2 and had left it sitting for a couple of months, it was due for an oil change anyhow so I brought it here. I was recommended by a friend. Excellent customer service. I was well informed of what, why and how much everything they did for my car was. I will be back!
Fast And Efficient Service My wife and I decided to buy a new 2016 Prius, we were met on the lot by Sandra the sales representative and went inside to talk about the cost as we were trading in a 2010 Prius. Not horrible We were purchasing a car for our daughter and came over from vancouver as this specific dealership had the exact car she wanted. I had spoken to a salesperson over the phone on the Saturday quite a few times He was very kind on the phone and answered ALL of my questions (there were a lot of them!). Had a great Toyots dealer in Calgary, bought a New Rav 4 in Duncan , after the sale they didnt want to know, Sold the Rav4 and went next door and bought a Honda CRV, and 5 ofher cars since.Judging from other reviews nothing changed, too bad especially as my daughter and her boyfriend likes the Tacoma.

Very Rude Service and Wrong Tires! How would you like to take your car in and have them put the wrong tires on your car and then rudely tell you over, and over, and over again how you are wrong. Then when they finally admit they were wrong, question why you are putting those tires on, don't let you take your car as they are the wrong tires, don't provide you with a loaner leaving you high and dry. Unnecessary service to the cost of $555.88 My car was parked for 5 weeks in a covered garage while I was on vacation. When my sister in law went to drive it to Victoria to pick me up the brakes were making a noise. Since she knows nothing about cars she thought it was something serious so off she goes to Toyota. Discourteous Service Department Toyota The service and the products are not fit for purpose and are a poor reflection upon Toyota Canada. The tires that were sold involved a substantive investment and one of the tires had leaky valves.
