Second Car purchase from Hyatt Infinity over the past 2 years. Courtney, CJ and Joao are 1st class all the way and go out of their way to help you. No lowballing on trade ins either. CJ remembered a conversation from the fall and followed up when a great, used 2025 QX80 landed. The rest is history.

Hyatt INFINITI provided excellent service during my recent visit. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me well informed. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected, and everything was explained clearly. However, I’m still awaiting confirmation on the windshield and tow‑cap replacement, with no visibility into parts availability or logistics.
