The service advisor Steve was excellent. He seeked my interest and gave sound advice on what is critical and needed immediate attention vs a shopping cart list of things to fix identified by the service technician. He even explored applicable discounts for me. Did not feel like the dealership was trying to profit off me.

Service was quick. There was great communication from service team. The team was very helpful throughout.

The service guy I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Services provided are done in a timely manner, but they are very expensive, especially considering the cost of buying maintenance parts are relatively cheap even from Infiniti. Obviously this shop charges a lot of money for labour.
