If you want professional and timely service, then Hyatt Infiniti is a great dealership. CJ Mackenzie, sales associate, was fantastic at understanding my needs and helping me purchase my SUV. When it came time for servicing, Robert Obront was excellent and very communicative, especially as I had a baby in tote! Both were courteous and extremely helpful.

Service department mainly Steve was all who I delt with. Steve went all out and went to bat for us. Our vehicle was taken care of promptly, he had the time and the attitude to deal with us, much more than the fella sitting beside him. I’m not about to go into the reasons but Steve is much more appreciative and is great to deal with.

Serviced my Infiniti Q50 at Hyatt Infiniti. Service advisor Steve was consistently professional and thorough explaining work required. No upselling! My car was even washed and vacuumed too!
