Staff are friendly and courteous, nice waiting area, there’s always a wait time which is expected, I really appreciate the car wash after every service.

Sale of car was ok however service required to fix some items poor I was told someone would call to book me in no call received went back to CJ for help he did his part still no call. I made the appointment myself then. 4 items needed to be fixed to remain outstanding. And telling me my break noise is because they are new or it’s condensation is almost laughable. Took my Q60 Red S in for a seasonal tire change. There was a problem with a previous service consultant and it needed to be addressed. Today’s service consultant, Robert Obront, went above and beyond to help fix the issue and explained everything in detail. The vehicle was ready before the expected time frame. I thanked Robert for his assistance and the quick turnaround time.
