Sales Manager is Dishonest! Unfortunately we only found out after agreeing to buy the vehicle that the Sales Manager is a LIAR. She makes it seem like she's doing YOU a favour, but after purchase there were issues with the vehicle and an oil change is need only after driving it less that 1000kms (that's less than two fill ups). When asked afterwards, she was completely unhelpful (oh actually she said she would discount the service costs a bit). Dishonest Had an oil changed. They told us to our cv boot is leaking and needs repair ASAP. So, I took my car to our trusted mechanic but they told me the hole is intentionally puncture by nissan express lane department. very dishonest crew very very distance not going back there again.
No follow up and poor communication, indifference My vehicle was not ready when it was supposed to be. I booked one week in advance. The dealership said they "overbooked" their service department. So one day later, they still couldn't tell me what caused the issue I had, but my vehicle was finally ready. They don't stand behind their work or product I took my daughters Nissan in for an airbag recall. A while later all of the air components stopped working, including the defrost, air conditioning, heater. The air bag light is also on. When my daughter brought the vehicle into to a local repair shop near the air force base that she works, one of the first things that they asked her was "has anyone been working on the airbags?'. Night Mare Beware!!!!!! Upon test driving vehicle car would not start was told by salesman (cam) the battery was shot they replaced battery. One week after possession car stated reving high. Took to dealers missed work, this day. Loaner car was provided as car was in shop several days as they said car needed new transmission. Transmission replaced. Rude salesman Wife and I went in to test drive a Nissan Rogue and Murano. Looking at buying in the next couple days. Ryan told us that he was off the next day and that he does come in on his days off cause get has a year old child! ( I never asked him too) once we got to discussing prices. We told he we had some other quotes for a match, and he stated he wouldn't be selling anything to us at that price. Judgemental sales person Went to test drive a sportscar that my spouse wants to buy. Drove up in his "work" beater car. Asked to test drive and were told by Ron Myles yes, "if you plan on buying it". He did not ask us any pre-qualifying questions lke: have we been looking long?; were we planning on paying cash or finance?; what other types of cars have we looked at? etc....
