Integrity and Sincerity all the way!!! I have had some issues with my Rogue as of late ... took my vehicle to Greg Vann Nissan ( top notch ) and dealt with Greg and Andrew Seebach... both have shown a sincerity and genuineness in an attempt to fix the problem!!! I highly recommend Greg Vann Nissan for the purchase of a vehicle and the service of your vehicle!
Overall great experience I recently had my g35 serviced through the express lane and it was a good experience. The mechanics were efficient and polite. I had a few questions about some wear that they had discovered on my vehicle and the service advisor was more than knowledgeable on the subject. I would definitely recommend to others.
Excellent service experience I recently had my Rogue in for a fair bit of work, pricing was competitive compared to what I had been expecting, but they went above and beyond offering me shuttle service to and from the dealership, gave me options and allowed me to make the choce on what I needed repaired. Amazing I bought my used 2007 Nissan Quest from Greg Vann Nissan and have had nothing but good service. The Express lane is very quick and convenient and the staff are very friendly! 10/10 would recommend!
Great service for any vehicle! I always bring my ford here to get it's oil and filter changed. I always get great pricing, and the customer service is phenomenal!

They have done me well personally! A lot of reviews on here people have had a real bad time, I've only dealt with the service bay crew as I bought used at another dealer. But they have been great with me. Slashing prices in half, helping check the small things by taking bulbs out so I can compare and always being fast with work. I've enjoyed my Altima with the work I get done there but I know this is my first and last Nissan by the reviews I've read on here.
Stay away, this place is the worst I've ever delt with. The only positive part of the whole transaction would be the exceptional sales lady Mariah Castro. She is unbelievable to deal with, such a sweet person she actually cares about her clients. The owner himself is a tool...for lack of better words, does not trust Nissan financing, so i had to pay cash for the vehicle in order to have it shipped to my location. If I could give no stars, I would. This is a terrible shop. They overcharge you, give you incorrect details about maintenance needed, they don't understand what is included in basic warranty, and try to cheat as much money out of you as they possibly can. On top of that, they have zero customer service, are rude, and Greg Vann is incredibly patronizing. Don't go there. If you live in the area, go to Nissan Kitchener instead.
