Headache Started off with just going in to test drive, pressured in to putting money down on something that day (bad on me for doing that). Hit and miss It's hit and miss here. The customer service people are friendly, but often don't call you when they say they will. I've waited for the service department to call me back several times but I'm always having to have to follow up. Most recently, my vehicle was ready for pick up but sat there for five days before I finally called them. Good service from sales people terrible mechanics The sales people helped me out a lot to get me approved and driving was told there was a inspection performed by mechanics at the dealership but after getting the vehicle home I found a number of problems not listed in the inspection sheet mainly a major oil leak that is easy to see when under the vehicle that I was not even remotely informed about

Very unsatisfied!!! This dealership of the year award must be based on physical appearance only? Surely it can't be for customer service as this dealership is one of the worst I have ever encountered! Customer service is mediocre at its best. Bought a new vehicle from this place. They have been very unhelpful and sometimes rude when I have called regarding maintenance. Will be getting rid of my Nissan vehicle as soon as I possible can. Bad experience My boyfriend and I both went to Nissan with the intention of both purchasing a car each. The salesperson, sheena, was more than helpful. She was friendly, not to pushy, and was able to answer absolutely any question that we asked...and we had a lot because we were both looking at different vehicles.
