I always recieve great service from mandy and the service department at grande prairie nissan. they are always happy and smiling and greet me as soon as i enter the door. i wish all shops were this friendly and easy to deal with.

Elanie was nice when i arrived. She gave me true times of when my vechlie would be done the work it needed and a quote which was the price i paid.
She was very helpful, friendly and very informative. I'd defiantly return to the service department. I found it very handy that I received a print out of the recommended things that I should get done to my vehicle with a brief description of why it is so important to get done. Very helpful information.
The basis of my review is due to the fantastic customer service I received from Jason Gillett. Jason took some concerns I had and helped me get awsome results. My boyfriend bought his truck from Jason and if in the future I am lucky enough to make a new vehicle purchase i will definatly be going to Jason. Thank you!
I purchased a Nissan rogue in 2010. Absolutely love the vehicle and the service I've been receiving at the dealership. I am currently looking at purchasing something different and Jason has been extremely helpful and patient! I love my Nissan and the customer service I get there!
