Emerson Blanco a sales associate did not give my refferal fee of $300.00 as i reffered my sister to buy a car. After my sister bought a car Emerson Blanco blaiming those managers who are responsible issuing cheque. Its been more than 3 months that my sister bought her car and until now nothing happen.

Good until the deal is done I went in two weeks ago because my car had broken down and I had just made it back to Nissan. I was very upset with this car as it was only 4 years old. After getting very poor directions from the service desk worker, i met Ahmed El Tayeb- one of Nissan’s salesmen. Say No to Nissan I am so disappointed at the service of GP Nissan. This is the second issue I've had with them. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. They are Great at selling vehicles but do not provide customer service at all. As soon as you drive your vehicle off the lot you are screwed. Terrible service everytime I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times. My car is no longer on warrenty so I had to have the liftgate handle ordered in and pay for it myself. Nissan did not call me when the part came in. . When I opened the box there was a price sticker on the liftgate handle which showed I paid a 100% mark up. Meh at best. I bought a brand new vehicle from Nissan. The finance person didn't include installing the new tires I requested when buying. The service department was busy and the attitudes showed that. Overall I felt like this dealership and service department makes me feel like I owe them, not that I am a valued customer. At this pointment I will take my vehicle else where for service and problems.

Amazing Experience I was a first time purchaser who had shopped around before going to Nissan. Once I was set up with Sales person I knew I was going to be buying from them. Their entire team just went above and beyond to make the process a easy one and ensure that I was happy. They made sure I understood everything and walked me through the operations of me new car. Would definitely recommend them all and go back to this dealership in the future.
Bad experience I went to buy new car, they asked for my sin, I declined, they insisted.. Then Went to Prince George and I had a good deal.. Then, I referred a friend and the told me that they will pay me the $300, as a bonus... They did not even replied to my emails or calls.. I was from out of town and needed one day service. Made an appointment for morning for a simple diagnosis but my truck never entered till late afternoon only to get a repair list of every minor detail other then my request and a price tag about what the truck was worth. Since then I recieved multiple calls saying they need my truck for trade in. Incredibly disappointed. They worked as a team to swindel me into buying new when I made a 5hr drive to get one thing checked.
