This is my third Titan purchase from Grande Prairie Nissan and I always have no problems with either purchasing a vehicle or getting what I need to get done. The staff is always helpful and friendly. If there are any issues or problems they are always willing to help get things solved or explain things in more detail so that I have a better understanding.

Not what I expected when I first walked into the dealership. It was much more of a low-pressure environment than I thought it would be. It was clean, organised and professional: and I appreciated that. I really like Jason Gillett, he's very nice, friendly, personable and knowledgable. He's very passionate about his job, and very focused on customer service and customer satisfaction.
My first buyers program was a great first experience. I now have my first financed vehicle to help rebuild my credit with the help of Jason, who was awesome. He helped me do it!! thank you!
Jason is an absolute gentleman. He made the process of buying a car so easy and ENJOYABLE. I can't thank him enough. Being new to the country I didn't have a clue how to get a car on the road. I bought a 2014 Rogue from Christina. First of all I was very impressed by her manner and presentation. She is a very professional yet friendly young lady. I appreciate how she worked with me to find a vehicle that fit into my budget and also one best suited to my individual needs. I would most definitely purchase another vehicle from Christina. I'm extremely happy with the service I recieved from Jason Gillet. He was so imformative about every detail in regards to my new purchase. He patiently waited 10 days until my financing was final on my end to finalize the sale. I felt no pressure, and really appreciated his honesty about every detail on the former owner of the vehicle. Upon entering Grande Prairie Nissan, I noticed the store was very well kept. They offered tons of stock and had a very organized lot. The sales person that first approached me, and in which I later bought off, was Schelby L'hirondelle. He was very polite and listened to what I wanted in a new, well new to me, vehicle.
