Exceptional Customer Service I was impressed with the short turnaround on my credit app, and the process as a whole. They even had a jungle gym for my son to play on while I waited. To top it off, they saved me when a man pulled me over for an unreasonable citizens arrest because I had no license plate, while I was in transit. I called the dealer and they came to straighten things up with him, which, in my mind, was above and beyond any customer service I could have asked for. Thanks Grand Prairie Nissan!

I've been to quite a few dealerships in town and in Calgary when I still lived there, and hands down our Nissan dealership has the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I will never go anywhere else! rouge My first experience buying a vehicle was very unpleasant and after my purchase the sales rep didn't want to help me with the issue I had with my car.So my husband had to really push to purchase my new rouge.Chantelle was the greatest, she made me feel like I was important during and after my purchase.Thank you chantelle I love my new rouge.

Great Sales Team....but then came the paperwork My experince at GP Nissan was great, however, I would have rather dealt with one sales person that could show me the vehicles, as well as price them at the same time, not have to wait half an hour for a price.
