The service I received from Grande Prairie Nissan was wonderful! Even though I showed up later than expected Chantelle made sure to make me her priority. She answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond in supplying great service. The dealership even delivered my vehicle to me so I wouldn't have to make the 4+ hour drive back to Grande Prairie to pick it up! Mandy was fantastic. Although I recently purchased a new Titan from this dealer, Mandy made sure I was very happy with the service of my 98 Pathfinder. She found recall work that I was not aware of. Booked it in at the time discussed, and called to let me know the truck was finished well within a reasonable timeframe. I will continue to use Mandy as the main contact for service bookings for both Nissans and would highly recommend her commitment to customer satisfaction and proper follow up. Job well done Mandy!
