service department These two ladies are the greatest, they are a big part of why I keep dealing with nissan. Both Mandy and Kayla are amazing and just a joy to deal with,they are always very helpful and friendly. They always look after whatever I need done with my Titan in a very professional and timely manner. I can always depend on them to do a great job and they go above and beyond for a service department.
Awesome experience! Went into Nissan looking for a new jeep Jason and Jeremy were both great to us and got us the jeep we wanted with great serice and pricing I would have no problem going back to Nissan or sending anyone I know there!!

Amazing experience For the entirity of my adult life I have absolutely hated vehicle shopping, so much so that I have almost very thing to do with vehicles. Great experience, exceptional customer service My husband and I recently bought a 2014 Murano from Ryan at the Grand Prairie Nissan dealership. He was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions without being pushy. While we chatted, he actively made notes of what we liked and didn't like in a vehicle, making sure we got what we wanted without anything fancy that we didn't need. Great service I have always taken my vehicle to GP Nissan for service and have been generally very happy. My service advisors have always been great to deal with especially Sarah. Sarah always makes me feel welcome and like my business is wanted and I am always greeted with a smile.
