Car service Great to go into a dealership where you are greeted with smiling faces and a quick chat to see how things are going. Helpful with all questions and concerns. A big shout out to Kevin, he washed my car as an extra bonus! Couldn't ask for nicer staff.
Pathfinder service Had our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in for our scheduled maintenance. Found Elaine explained everything done and required very well. Called to let me know it was done and arranged for the shuttle to come get me.

Used Vehicle Purchase My wife and I came in to check out the Armada as neither of us had ever looked at one. Great vehicle with loads of features. The sales staff were great to deal with and we ultimately ended up purchasing a used one off the lot. Thanks for looking after us and making the buying experience easy.
Great and efficient team, excellent customer service Needed to get my car checked for some faults in the engine, tire rotation and oil change. I was able to get an appointment for the next day which was amazing. The service team was quick to diagnose issues with my vehicle and took care of everything. Awesome service Service got me in when i could, my vehicle was looked over completely and after had some work but was assured it was good for my car. I recieved a free car wash at the end and it really made my day. I will happily continue to keep coming back to Grande Prairie Nissan as it is home for my car, knowing i will always get good trusting service.
Prompt oil change We took our vehicle in for an oil change. All of the staff involved were prompt. Kyla tried to make our visit quick as we still hadn't had lunch and were very hungry. Also, one employee saw that the water cooler was out of water and got a new jug for me so I could have a full glass of water.
I've gone Rogue I traded my Juke in for a Rogue because I needed a bigger vehicle. Love the safety features on my Rogue and how it handles:-) James Clarke did a great job presenting professionally and at the same time making me feel like I had known him for a long while. We remember the sales person who cared about us as much as he cared about a great sale...thank you James!
Best service! I had to have some work done on my Armada and really appreciated the quick, thorough work that was done. I was in and out in no time and everything was explained and completed in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. I would definitely recommend their service department to anyone. The shuttle driver was also very personable and professional!!
