Amazing service Brett Sharp at Grande prairie Nissan went far beyond what was expected of him and exceeded all of my expectations during the purchase of my new vehicle. He took to the time to listen to exactly what I wanted/ interested in and didn't try to push me into a vehicle I did not want. Excellent customer service, friendly. Awesome service Kenan and Kyla were very helpful and went above their normal duties . I had to replace a tail light and found that water had leaked in and partially filled Lens cover with water and froze kenan melted the ice out and got my bulb in and working again
Courteous,attentive and very helpful I bought my Nissan and was having trouble with it starting in the winter.I bought it to get service and the staff was real professional in finding the trouble .Didn't have to worry staff look after everything ,even to the point of fixing my remote start that just needed batteries.Big thank you to Jason and kyla and staff.
Professional, courteous, attentive, and friendly. Kyla explained very clearly what they were going to do and was diligent in calling me back to let me know the status of the repairs as well took care of a recall on my car. Kyla also noted there was another recall on my car, ordered the part and booked my car in for next week. Kyla is a definite asset to Nissan and I looked forward to dealing with her in the future.
Through pain there's gain So I bought a Nissian from the auto group and 3 months into it it gets stolen so the team at GP Nissian helped me get out of my first loan to another one to get me another new truck and even put a security system into it on the company. Means a lot to me thanks
Friendly, helpful service James phoned and emailed to introduce himself before Christmas and said if there was ANYTHING he could do to make my experience at the dealership the best it could be, to contact him personally. Our front windshield needing to be replaced and I emailed James to say I wanted a quote but I was going to check other options as well. The next day he got back to me with the lowest price quote!
