I love my Xterra! From the minute we walked in we were greeted and received immediately. Sheena took the time to go over every possible detail of both the vehicles we were interested in. Amazing customer service I live in Fort St John so it is a drive to get my Frontier looked at. Friday night my navigation deck turned off. I drove to GP the next day to see if they can get me in to update my computer in my truck. Elaine Mears was running the service shop and was slammed towards the end of the day. She took the time to ask a tech to stay behind to update my computer. They could have just turned me away but they didn't. Thank you so much!
4th Vehichal - Still amazing Customer Service I just finished puraching my 4th vehical for the Grande Prairie Nissan Dealership and I have never once been dissapoitned. With the help of Jason Gillet, Mike Lapraik, and James Sjourwerman I was able to get into a vehicle that works for me and my price range. i highly recommend Jason and the team at Nissan Grande Prairie. Perfect I had the pleasure of having Jason as my car dealer...I found the experience super fast and easy.
