Efficient The Nissan Dealership was courteous, fast, and efficient. There was free coffee and TV. Vehicles were on display, so we could see what was new.
No Pressure Sales!! I came to Nissan not knowing what I wanted for a new/ or used vehicle or how much I wanted to spend. I voiced my likes and dislikes and Brett found me a vehicle that I absolutely love! He didn't pressure me into anything and made me feel comfortable the entire process. Customer service was outstanding!
Great Service! Very happy with the service on my vehicle. Kyla is really wonderful to deal with and she explains everything to you ahead of time and calls you if there is something that comes up so there are no surprises when you pick your vehicle up. She works really hard and tries even harder to make sure your experience is a positive one. New Frontier Dealer staff were all very helpful. Sheena knows her stuff, has a sense of humor and is not pushy. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend dealing with this dealership and I will be dealing with Sheena when we're ready to trade in.
Positive experience My experience with Nissan in Gp has always been very positive. This is my second purchase with Gp Nissan and probably won't be my last. Shelby is a very polite and helpful, not pushy or rushed and always answered any questions I had on my purchase. I'd highly recommend him as he is laid back and personable. I'd recommend all the staff at Gp Nissan , always a fun place to visit and friendly.
Excellent service Went in for an oil change. The plug broke when taken out. Kyla explained what happened and offered me a temporary vehicle and no charge to replace the part. When I went to pick up My vehicle a couple hours later it was washed and ready to go. Every person that I dealt with was very apologetic and wanted to make my experience the best considering the circumstances.
Oil change Kyla was excellent advised me on the necessary services and what could wait until my next visit which helped as I have had my business slow down.
