Excellent job I went to the dealership to replace my previous highlander car which was rid off in car accident . Larry was so kind and select very good quality highlander limited with very good price comparing to other dealership . Geoffrey was also very good and have patient . Suleman was exceeding any customer service expectation . thanks all . Excellent work

Impressed with Exceptional Customer Service! It certainly was such a wonderful experience having a discussion about the plans with you. The customer service was exceptionally great, and staff were very helpful, professional, understanding. I was impressed with your excellent service and efforts! Exceptional new car purchase experience with Geoff Hills My search for a new car led me to Geoff Hills @ Erin Park Toyota. I met Geoff via social media in which he answered all my questions prior to me stepping into the dealership. Once I met with Geoff, he was great to deal with, no sales pitch or pressure. Welcoming Experience! I was looking to buy another Toyota vehicle after having a great experience with my first Toyota (Corolla) for a number of years. I was interested in the Rav4 and Steve Noon was a great help through the whole process. He explained things really well and made the purchase experience hassle free for us. Reliability all around -Service you can count on! Not to make the readers bored but I hope you consider this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. I have a new baby born at home. My wife said it was time to have a new and reliable car at home. We are a starting family. The car was available at the dealership but we had to go through the credit approval, the car had to be previously inspected before delivery and the vehicle registration had to be done. Annual Maintenance/Repairs Service Needs Improvement I brought my car in for annual maintenance. Service is slow, I had to wait for many hours----same for previous times. Last time I had to wait for shuttle service for over an hour to get picked up. After I got my car back, my car was worse than before, so I cannot say that my car was looked at properly.
