Awesome and professional Service I want to compliment one of the excellent employees, Mario D’Souza, Sr. Service Consultant. Today I have received quality service at Erin Mills Toyota, where Mario D’Souza’s extended help is a prime example. While on my vehicle's oil change appointment, he suggested with options for the air filter rather than forcing me to replace it. Grade A Customer Service Erin Park Toyota have always been my chosen dealership. Nitin, Geoffrey and Dane have been so helpful when I leased a new car. They were very accommodating, answering all my questions and explaining everything I want to know about the different models and features of the cars, the pros and cons between buying or leasing a car. Consistently Reliable We have been with this dealership for over 35 years, purchasing two Camrys and the current Corolla. They have always done an excellent job of keeping our cars in shipshape. In all that time, not once have we had a breakdown, which speaks well on the maintenance AND the quality of the cars.
