Best Dealership I have ever dealt with! My sister and I both bought a Toyota Corolla Sport Edition, we are so happy with the cars. The staff at Toyota Erin Park were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and we really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great experience Harry was great, approachable, and very knowledgeable about a minuscule issue I had. It was nonsensical and I didn't realize until after. Exemplary experience We visited the dealership on one weekend and Adeel followed up with me couple of days later. Always had a great experience at Erin Park Toyota As soon as you enter the service center you're greeted and you can see that everyone is friendly. Totally customer oriented establishment. I've been going there for the past 3 years and every one I meet is friendly and ready to help. Service The service center itself offers only mediocre service and attempts to up sell maintenance packages that are primarily "checking" your vehicle rather than actual performing service. I have had several issues with the service management as issues were discovered under warranty and they were reluctant to address until Toyota Canada was contacted. Perfect experience leasing my AWD LE Sienna It has been an awesome experience discussing my new lease knowing I will be back to my favorite Toyota to service my car again. Would highly recommend this dealership my husband and I dropped by the dealership a few weeks before we were ready to buy and were very impressed with the staff. Recommended this dealership the very next day! I test drove several cars the day I tested my Camry. Everyone, especially Steve, was very nice and welcomed my daughter and I graciously.
