2017 Rav4 purchase with Adeel Came into the dealership on a late notice, but Adeel have made himself available. Was very courteous and very knowledgeable about new 2017 Rav4. All the features and perks were nicely explained in detail and he showed lots of patients in the negotiating process. Car was ready on time to be picked up before Christmas as a present and the overall experience was very smooth. He is very pleasant to deal with and makes long term customers. Excellent Service with Dane Jeong and Ryan Yang!!!!! Excellent experience buying a new car from the start comparatively to at least 6 other Toyota dealerships across the GTA. Sales Manager cares about his customers We dealt with Dane and Ryan in the lease of my daughters new Corolla SE. Ryan lets the vehicle sell itself, so there was none of that car salesman 'pressure', so prevalent in the industry. Dane cared enough to get us the very best pricing available without giving the car away for free.

Best purchase experience Very easy and smooth purchase experience, no pressure no headaches. Have been to few other dealership but always get the "pushy" tactics. But not in Erin Park. Will definitely come back and recommand another who are looking for Toyota to this dealership.

Amazing Service!!! Erin Park Customer Service is amazing.....dealt with ,Shamir Patel, Joselyn Umana, Arron Cooper and Kevin Silveira. Bought winter tires and rims, had my oil changed and brake serviced.....Came out not rich, but extremely happy with the services provided. Thank you everyone for their help with a smile.
