Best Service Advisor. Period. I (we) have been Erin Park Toyota customers for many years. We purchased 5 vehicles from you and couldn't be happier. To further compliment what we are saying, your service advisor, Helena Vrabec, has made our visit to your service centre a pleasure of immeasurable dimension. She has provided customer service beyond our expectations. Frankly, if she ever left we don't know if we would return... Her abilities to provide advice and assistance should be used as a gauge to all your other advisors.
Excellent and quality advice and service. I have been dealing with Mr. Mario D'Souza for the last 10 years. I will only deal with Mario at this dealership. His advice is excellent, fair and reasonable. Even though my vehicle is 14 years old, I stiil return to this dealer for service and maintenance. I trust Mario's advice with my 2 vehicles.

Excellent & Professional Experience Toyota was one of the brands we looked for my daughter's first car. After a cheerful greeting by Larry on our initial visit, he walked us through the various trim levels of the Corolla and took Emily for a test drive. Consistent commitment to doing their best for the guest I have been coming to this dealership for service for over 20 years and the service advisors continue to be pleasant, helpful and efficient. If it were not for the team that I have dealt with over the years, I would have gone elsewhere. Most recently I have worked with Andrew Freeman, Ujaz Thaker and Helena Vrabec. They really care Each time I go to the service dept they treat me like a valued customer. Work is done promptly and only what is discussed and authorized. My advisor is a real pro and most times we can determine what needs done by talking and listening.

Great Overall Experience I have purchased several vehicles in the past and the experience from the Team at Erin Park Toyota was exceptional. Buying all season tires Shamir helped me with a tire purchase. Taking advantage of the Toyota matching price guarantee and Michelin mail in rebate, I replaced my 4 all season tires on my van. Shamir was very helpful in getting the transaction finalized, making sure the tires area available for my appointment, matching the price, with Costco, etc. Two hours later I left the dealership with a brad new set of Michelin all season tires. Andrew was my advisor for the work order and everything went smoothly.
