Took some time but the advisor was great I took my toyota to this dealer to purchase a new wheel lock and have it installed. It took them a lot of time for the task (over 1.5 hours to change 4 bolts) and the car was in the service bay (not on a waiting list). However, I was still satisfied by the time I left since Aaron has looked after me. He was very polite and apologetic about the delay, He had an affordable solution for all of my issues and he has great customer service. Would recommend.
My second experience at Erin Park Toyota was great I had a great experience dealing with Areeb during buying my second car from Toyota. He was very helpful and patient answering all my questions even when he was off work. I would recommend Areeb as one of the best advisors at Erin Park Toyota.
