Great service experience Exactly what I would expect from a service advisor. Called me to explain and discuss the repairs needed. When picking up my car, I was explained the six items in my invoice. Very professional and courteous service.

The only dealer I'll ever buy from. We just picked up a Prius V, the third car we bought or leased from Larry in the past 10 years, and the third time we drove down from Ottawa to get his great service. Outstanding service - great advice - fair price! Mario is an authentic, polite, down to earth person. His professionalism and always on the spot advice makes us feel at ease when we take our cars in for service. excellent service I purchased my Toyota Sienna from Erin Park Toyota in 2013 and since then I believe in their excellent service and maintenance. Last Saturday April 22, 2017 I brought my car for maintenance and tire change, the service advisor (Mario) did an excellent advice and service and gave me a shuttle service which helped me a lot. Stranded I actually live in Richmond Hill but was in the area to pick up my infant son from grandma and grandpa's house when my engine light suddenly came on and I wasn't able to accelerate without the car shaking. I managed to just make it to Erin Park Toyota right at closing. Mario was so helpful and, although there was no one left to look at my car that evening, he made sure I was taken care of and got my vehicle looked at the very first thing the next morning.
