2018 Corolla Friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Answered all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Best experience I've had purchasing a car.
Simple unrushed purchase We went to a number of dealerships and Erin Park Toyota was the only one without pressure tactics. Knowledgeable staff suggested a downgrade in features due to us not needing certain upgrades. Again, the only dealership that was open and honest about such details. They even drove us from our house to pick up our vehicle at the dealership once it was ready great staff, honest tactics, simple process.
Ask for Shad @ Erin Park Toyota I have visited 2 other Toyota dealerships before meeting Shad Haider at Erin Park Toyota. I found Shad very knowledgeable in cars overall, not just in Toyota brand. Best Product Advisor Nigel continued to put my needs first when choosing a vehicle and only recommended vehicle's that would fit my specific needs.
