Pleasant and honest We never felt pressure to purchase. They knew that they had a good product and they guided us through the process. Virtually no haggling-an honest price and opinion on all their products and services. It made the experience almost pleasant (sometimes making decisions can be a chore). I can't wait to see how after-purchase stacks up!
My pleasant experience at Erin Park! My first experience with Toyota was with Maria ten yrs ago when I purchased my first Hybrid Camry. My purchase of 2018 Hybrid Camry has been a great experience with Maria again and Mick Boodram who could not be more helpful for me to learn all the new safety features on the car. RAV4 Purchase I first went in as a result of an ad on your website for a used RAV4. It wasn't on site at the time, but I was referred to Shad Haider. After a test drive, Shad suggested I consider a new vehicle and eventually, it seemed to make sense. Throughout the whole process, I found Shad to be very professional and informative without ever pressing. Great experience at Toyota Your dealership was the most helpful. Friendly salesmen are very important to a woman on her own. The welcoming atmosphere goes a long way. Attentiveness to the prospective customer makes you glad you chose Toyota. The salesman, Shad went out of his way to explain the extra options that were installed in the vehicle. And did give me a ride to the dealership to pick up my car. I don't know what I would have done otherwise.
Geoff resolved a major issue on the Toyota brochure misprint WE bought a Toyota sienna XLE 2018 last week and at time of picking up. while inspecting the pre delivery inspection,, we found out one of the feature mentioned on the Toyota sienna brochure was not in the Van . This was a feature my wife was sold to and a major decision moving from a lower trim to an XLE model. This was a big disappointment for us.
