Excellent service and advise from Mario - Always reliable Mario has such a pleasing demeanor. His advice is always good . The differential coupling on my Rav-4 went bad. I thought it may be a wheel bearing but Mario told me over the phone what he suspected and it was spot on. He looked up the extended warranty on this issue for me, I was within the mileage but unfortunately over the time limit period. No Pressure New Car Purchase Purchasing our new Toyota Camry from Shad was very easy and comfortable.
