New car purchase After visiting 6 other dealerships and associated sales personnel, Larry was tops on my list. Low key, not pushy, wanted to give us what we wanted vs. what the dealership wanted. Very knowledgeable of their product and their business. Great explanations of all the questions we had. Got the feeling he wanted us to be happy with our choice.
Knowledgable Employee Karl Koker has sufficiant amount of knowledge about cars. He always have friendly attitude which makes the other person enjoy the conversation. I was in that dealer for checkinfnout the Camry. Karl was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend him.
Excellent service I was not expecting to get a new Corolla this time. I had an old Corolla (2006) and liked to try a new Honda, however, Erin Park Honda team did not work friendly with me to get what I want. I changed my mind to get a Toyota Corolla again. Issues with pre-sale mechanical preparation I bought my TOYOTA 4Runner 2008 from this dealership. When I did a drive test everything was good except some vibration at speed 90 km/h +. Salesperson assured me that issue would be fixed when I pick it up in a couple days. When I picked it up, I realized that vibration still existed. I called to salesperson explained the problem and he told me to come to the dealership to fix the problem.
