Great experience with Shamir Shamir was very accommodating and helpful, especially when having to adjust appointment times on short notice. I also appreciated his prompt responses on a weekend to help resolve a problem.

Great customer service! My husband and I came upon Erin Park Toyota and was assisted by Min Chu. Min was very informative about the various vehicles we were interested in looking at. He exemplified wonderful customer service, was professional and courteous and respectful. Awesome and very fast service from Larry Kuka We went to see Larry at Erin Park Toyota on Friday, November 9th, 2018. He helped us with our selection of the right Toyota Sienna for us. Excellent Customer Service I had come in to purchase a vehicle as I was in an accident and my car was written off. I love Toyota so I definitely wanted to stay with Toyota as a company as I have always been happy with them. Larry was so pleasant to deal with in this process as it was quite stressful for myself.
