Thoughtful customer service On my visit to Erin Park Toyota to return a battery for recycling I had the pleasure of dealing with Terry. He cheerfully accepted the battery and sent me on my way A few minutes later he called me to say that he actually owed me a refund and had the paperwork printed up by the time I had returned to his desk. So thoughtful!
