Exceptional service We walked in to only look at the cars but with Larry’s help we decided to buy a car . Enjoying every minute of my new car UX250H. Larry give us exceptional service he’s very knowledgeable about the product he sells. On the day of pick up he was patient and explained every feature of the car more than once and made sure I understood them before moving forward to the next feature . That’s what a call first class service . Thanks Larry !!

Recommend? It depends. Service is great while the car is under warranty. After warranty, they become greedy and untrustworthy. They do not do services by the book. "The dealer knows better". Service charges are padded. Ordinary stuff like brake jobs are almost twice the price of independents. Sales was good 8 years ago. Recently they have hired multiple people who know nothing about the cars they sell, yet are free to offer unsolicited advice. There are no car people around. They can't say "I don't know, but I will find out ... read more
