Exceptional Customer Service I was greeted upon arrival and my car was seen right away. Mario replaced the rear brake light quickly and I was on my way in fifteen minutes. I have been a Toyota owner for over 25 years and a customer at Erin Park Toyota service for more than half of that time. Mario has assisted me many times over the years and he always ensures that I am well taken care of when I bring my car in for service.
Exceptional Customer Service Received exceptional service from Mario Dsouza. He was knowledgeable and very patient. He took his time to explain everything in detail to my wife and myself. I had a lot of questions as I had a lot of repairs that needed to be done and he answered all to my satisfaction. Overall my wife and myself were very impressed with the service we received. Professional and accountable service and staff I had a very pleasant experience in my recent visit to Erin Park Toyota. The service manager Jerry Liu was very professional and resolved the issue I had very quickly. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the service and professionalism of both the sales and service in this dealership, particularly Jerry in service and Larry in sales.
Regular maintenance service and repair work I find Maria D'Souza, Service Advisor, the best in my experience so far. He takes due diligence and advises the best option. The Man to Call! I had my heart set on a Toyota Corolla since day one, but the real fear I had was in servicing my vehicle.
