His sincerity, politeness, personal attention and above all, professional advice as if he owns the cars, are his hallmark. He would make sure all the service needs are taken care as discussed. Excellent employees giving great service The only reason why I keep buying Toyotas is because of the service you get at the dealership with Mario D'Souza. He is technically competent to tell the customer what is required and is an excellent mediator between the customer and technician servicing the car. .Great guy to have working for you.

Service level Excellent service provided by Mario. He has been my adviser for several years now and I have found him very customer oriented and willing to accommodate to the customer schedule. accurately forcasted service wait time Needed to be at another appointment and was pleasantly surprised that the projected wait time was accurate, if it was not I would have had to ask for the shuttle service.

Fabulous hospitality...Great job by Mr. Wai Lau We bought brand new 2015 corolla Sports from Mr.Wai Lau recently. Excellent service, on time, professional I have been dealing with Erin Park Toyota for the last ten years. Owned two toyota and service them always at Erin Park Toyota. The service was always prompt, honest evaluation and professional execution. The delivery was always on time. Their prices are reasonable. I always go tot he dealer for service as I know experienced and well trained personal will handle servicing my car.

Personalized, Attentive and Outstanding Service It was such a pleasure dealing with Mario. Not only was he attentive, prompt and efficient, he made excellent and very useful suggestions.
